Our company is engaged in welding and assembly services within various industries throughout Europe. We are specialized mainly in welding and assembling pipelines, steel constructions and tanks. Mostly within branches working with large machines and production lines. In addition to machine welding, we are involved in machinery construction and processing. On top of that, we produce construction and welding tanks, as well as several structures, platforms and balustrades. Additionally, we provide the maintenance of machines and production lines. In general, you can count on our excellent and professional service throughout the entire lifespan of our machines and products: from assembly to periodic and long-term maintenance.
Vibron consists of a team of certified specialists with extensive experience within their field of expertise. From the moment the company was founded, we emphasized on the improvement of project implementation processes. Because of this, we maintain clear and transparent processes, which means we work very efficiently. We never carry out unnecessary work and won’t make projects take longer than necessary. Our method is characterized by a high degree of professionalism for every customer.

The owner
The owner of Vibron is of Polish descent, but has been living permanently in the Netherlands for quite some time. By now, he has gained more than 21 years of experience within the metal industry in several countries and different regions. He has built up his experience working in the shipbuilding industry, the food industry and the refrigeration industry within the GEA group. As well as by building tanks, through work with power plants, waste incinerators and refineries and by building different types of machinery in general. Due to his extensive experience working in different industries, he can adapt very quickly to different types of situations within various projects.
Our company works with employees of Polish descent, enabling us to work within the entire European Union. Our personnel consists of qualified professionals, guaranteeing the highest level of quality and service to our customers. We don’t have a 9 to 5 mentality. We always give our best and we finish our tasks. When we carry out a project for you, there is always someone who speaks english on the team, preventing language barriers.
When the work is carried out within the Benelux, the owner is available at all times to personally guide the work being done.

What materials do we work with?The materials we use for welding are made of black steel, stainless steel and aluminum. These materials are frequently used in the sectors we are operating in. In order to always provide the best solution for our customers, we specialized in several types of materials.

The welding methods we use:The techniques we are using consist of TIG, MIG/MAG and electrode welding.
TIG welding is a welding technique that is well suited for accurate welding. TIG means Tungsten Inert Gas. TIG welding used inert gas and tungsten. This technique is an example of electric arc welding, in which electrodes are used that do not melt.
MIG/MAGare two welding techniques which are identical, except for the gas used. MIG stands for Metal Inert Gas, while MAG stands for Metal Active Gas. Like the TIG technique, both techniques are also examples of electrical arc welding. In contrast to TIG welding, MIG/MAG welding uses electrodes that do melt. Another difference is that MIG/MAG uses a constant voltage instead of a constant electrical current.
Electrode welding is a widely used welding technique by both professionals and hobbyists. The method is also called MMA welding. MMA stands for Manual Metal Arc. One of the biggest advantages of using this method is the fact that it works without using gas. In MMA welding, melting electrodes are used, but no separate shielding gas is needed. -

Can we maintain production lines?We can install, maintain and repair production lines. In case of a service emergency or malfunctioning, you can also count on us. In addition, we work with a lot of customers on a structural basis.
